La Maintenance prédictive et les Nouvelles technologies informatique

Abstract

De nos jours, l'informatique est considérée comme un outil indispensable à toute entreprise qui ne veut plus rester en marge de la mondialisation. En effet, elle est apparue depuis longtemps comme un soutien aux différentes opérations des différentes entreprises (Prédiction des comportements, automatisation des tâches, prévention des pannes, proposition des meilleures solutions…etc.) Les industries comprennent que les technologies informatiques (Big Data, Intelligence Artificielle, Machine Learning …etc.) à l’aide de la maintenance prédictive peuvent considérablement améliorer à temps réel de fonctionnement ou la disponibilité et réduire le cout de maintenance et les arrêts du processus de la production. Une maintenance prédictive ou les GMAO de dernière génération chamboulent ce domaine de compétence de par leur approche proactive. L’organisation d’un service maintenance (grâce aux technologies) est alors optimisée tout en permettant à l’entreprise des gains considérables en efficacité et productivité. Ce travail traite la contribution à l’amélioration de la maintenance prédictive dans les industries en introduisant la solution informatique dans le cadre de l’usine du futur.***

Nowadays, IT is considered as an essential tool for any company that no longer wants to remain on the margins of globalization. Indeed, it has long appeared as a support for the different operations of different companies (Prediction of behavior, automation of tasks, prevention of breakdowns, and proposal of the best solutions ... etc.) Industries understand that these technologies (Big Data, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, etc.) beside predictive maintenance can significantly improve real-time performance or availability and reduce the cost of maintenance and shutdowns of the production process. Predictive maintenance or the latest generation of GMAO are disrupting this area of competence by their proactive approach. The organisation of a maintenance process (thanks to technology) is thus optimised while allowing the company considerable gains in efficiency and productivity. This work addresses the contribution to improve predictive maintenance in industries by introducing the IT solution as part of the factory of the future
