Étude, conception et réalisation d'un DATA Warehouse pour la mise en place d’un système décisionnel permettant le Reporting Commercial de la Société SONELGAZ en Version mobile

Abstract

SONELGAZ est l’op´erateur historique dans le domaine de la fourniture des ´energies ´electriques et gazi`ere en Alg´erie. A la faveur de la progumulation de la loi sur l’´electricit´e et la distribution du gaz par canalisations, SONELGAZ est pass´ee d’une entreprise verticalement int´egr´ee `a une holding pilotant un groupe industriel multi-societes et multi-m´etiers. SONELGAZ a toujours jou´e un rˆole majeur dans le d´eveloppement social et ´economique du pays. Sa contribution dans la concr´etisation de la politique ´energ´etique nationale est `a la mesure des importants programmes r´ealis´es. En vue de soutenir le processus de prise de d´ecision au sein des soci´et´es du groupe, SONELGAZ a initi´e `a travers sa filiale IT (ELIT) des projets dans le cadre du business intelligence afin de r´ealiser des syst`emes d’information d´ecisionnels permettant le reporting commercial de la distribution `a travers le syst`eme de gestion client`ele (SGC). Dans ce contexte, ELIT s’est int´eress´e au d´eveloppement d’un syst`eme d´ecisionnel en version mobile construit autour d’un datawarehouse afin de rassurer le reporting des activit´es commerciales de diff´erents m´etiers en particulier le processus du raccordement de la nouvelle client`ele (RCN). Ce projet a pour finalit´e de cr´eer un nouveau produit BI qui r´epond aux besoins de d´ecideurs au niveau des soci´et´es du groupe et d’am´eliorer la qualit´e et la transparence des donn´ees analytiques en les ajoutant de la valeur concr`ete et cruciale dans la prise de d´ecision.***

SONELGAZ is the historical operator in the field of electricity and gas supply in Algeria. To the favor of the progumulation of the law on electricity and the distribution of gas through pipelines, SONELGAZ went from a vertically integrated company to a holding company managing a multi-company and multi-business industrial group. SONELGAZ has always played a major role in the social and economic development of the country. Its contribution to the realization of the national energy policy is commensurate with the important programs carried out. In order to support the decision-making process within the group companies, SONELGAZ has initiated through its IT subsidiary (ELIT), projects in the context of business intelligence in order to realize decision-making information systems allowing the commercial reporting of distribution through the Customer Management System (SGC). In this context, ELIT is interested in the development of a mobile-based decision system built around a data warehouse in order to reassure the reporting of the commercial activities of various businesses, in particular the process of connecting the new customer base (RCN). The purpose of this project is to create a new BI product that meets the needs of decision-makers in the group companies and to improve the quality and transparency of analytical data by adding concrete and crucial value in decision-making.
