dc.description.abstract | In the last few years, transportat ion systems used for the collect ion and distribut ion
of goods or serv ices have been the subject of numerous studies in the scient if ic
community. Nowadays, most transport systems must be able to work within strict t ime
constraints and adapt to the uncertaint ies of the problem. The customers or partners
of a company always require a guaranteed quality of serv ice (deadlines to be
respected for example). In addit ion, the env ironment in which a company must evolve
is of ten uncertain so its react iv ity is also an important factor. This has led to the
def init ion of so-called dynamic transport system control models.
The object iv e of this work is to study some of the already established solut ions for
monitoring transport f leets and ex tract the characterist ics and criteria on which
companies choose the serv ice to use. In addit ion, a comparison would be made in
accordance to the criteria fulf illed by each serv ice and the importance metric
prov ided by the surv eys according to the preferences of end users. | en_US |
