Conception et réalisation d’une application de gestion de maintenance

Abstract

Les flux d’information dans le service de maintenance sont très nombreux et demandent un temps très important pour les gérer, notamment si cette gestion est manuelle. L’informatisation d’un processus consiste à remplacer une méthode de travail traditionnel par un ou plusieurs programmes informatiques. La GMAO (gestion de la maintenance assistée par ordinateur) est l’outil qui va permettre de diminuer le temps de traitement des informations, et va donc être indispensable dans un service bien organisé. Le travail que nous avons réalisé au sein de l’entreprise NAFTAL, consiste à la conception et réalisation d’un système de gestion de la maintenance assistée par ordinateur, qui automatise la procédure de maintenance des pannes. Tout en utilisant la méthode SCRUM qui suit les principes de la méthodologie Agile, pour réaliser ce projet informatique.***

The information flows in the maintenance department are very numerous and their management takes a very long time, especially if this management is manual. Process automation consists of replacing a traditional work method with one or more computer programs. The computer-aided maintenance management system is the tool that will reduce the processing time of information, and will therefore be indispensable in a well organized service. The work we have done at NAFTAL is to design and build a computer-aided maintenance management system, which automates the maintenance process. All by using the SCRUM method that follows the principles of the Agile methodology, to carry out this IT project.
