| Abstract: | This graduation project explores the integration of artificial intelligence at the core of a local e-commerce ecosystem, the Smart City Proximity platform, through four complementary axes tailored to the Algerian context. The first axis, Orchestrix, is a platform combining a conversational chatbot and an online storefront generation system. The chatbot, built on a LangGraph state graph, fully automates the ordering journey over WhatsApp, with multimodal capabilities (vision, voice), automatic conversation classification (heuristics plus an AI decision), and a pause mechanism enabling manual intervention by the merchant. The template system provides each seller with a personalized web storefront, generated through three modes (AI-adapted preset, visual editor, full AI generation) based on a unified, multilingual configuration, with orders from both the chatbot and the storefront converging into a single dashboard. The second axis is a Virtual Try-On platform built on a microservices architecture, whose research contribution — the reverse-engineering identification of the FLUX architecture and the adaptation of the CatVTON-Flux model — enabled virtual try-on of the hijab, a capability absent from standard open-source models. The third axis augments the social media management module with an artificial intelligence layer (content and visual generation, localization into Algerian darija and Franco-Arabic, augmented analytics), grounded in the real product catalog. Throughout, a robust software architecture — AI provider abstraction, output validation, and fallback mechanisms — ensures maintainability and extensibility. The results confirm that the functional objectives were met, while the outlook points toward developing local, sovereign AI models, fine-tuned for Algerian darija.*** Ce projet de fin d’études explore l’intégration de l’intelligence artificielle au coeur d’un écosystème de commerce électronique local, la plateforme Smart City Proximity, à travers quatre axes complémentaires adaptés au contexte algérien. |
