Transport Management System

Abstract

In the context of designing and developing intelligent web applications based on highperformance architectures and services that our school (the computer science school of Sidi Bel Abbès ESI-SBA) has responded to the call launched by the company Chiali groups with the main objective of improving and optimizing its delivery operations through a Transport Management System based on recent technologies and tools. The implementation of this system was based on using MVT architecture handling its request with Rest API to our interfaces, adding to that a full Decision Support System (DSS) to aid the company heads to enhance the profits from the delivery operations performed by intern and extern transporters that they are as well managed by this system, effecting to each one of them an appropriate truck. The integrated DSS in our system takes in consideration all transporters’ paid needs through the delivery to better represent the sources of profits and also loss through well designed charts.
