Conception et l’implantation d’un système d'information destiné à la gestion de la greffe d'organes

Abstract

La greffe d’organes régie par la loi 85-05 du 16 février 1985 et les différents textes réglementaires ne peut s’effectuer d’une manière efficiente et transparente en absence d’un système d’informations robuste et à même d’accompagner les praticiens tout au long du processus complexe de la greffe. C’est dans ce contexte bien particulier relevant de l’étude du cycle de vie, la conception selon les indications normatives et standards de l’architecture Service Oriented Architecture et l’implantation de la liste nationale d’attente que s’inscrit ce présent projet de fin d’études. Dans ce mémoire, nous présentons la conception du SIGO Système d’Information de la Greffe d’Organe , la mise en oeuvre du WEB APP « LISTE NATIONALE D’ATTENTE » qui tire profit d’un écosystème SOA impliquant IBM websphere Application Serveur (IBM WAS) pour la création et la gestion des Web services SOAP , Liferay qui permet le développement des portlet composant élémentaires du portail selon le modèle MVC , le système de gestion de base de données Microsoft SQL serveur 2017 Developer Edition comme moteur de base de données et enfin Microsoft Active Directory en sa qualité de services d’annuaires .***Organ transplantation governed by Law 85-05 of 16 February 1985 and the various implementing regulations that cannot be carried out in an efficient and transparent way in the absence of a robust information system .and also to accompany practitioners throughout the complex process of transplantation. It is in this particular context of the life cycle study, the design according to normative and standard indications of the Service Oriented Architecture and the implementation of the national waiting list, the application around which will articulate the information system of the transplant. In this thesis, we present the design of the SIGO( System d’Information de la Greffe d’Organes), the implementation of the WEB APP "NATIONAL WAITING LIST" which takes advantage of an SOA ecosystem involving IBM websphere Application Server (IBM WAS) for the creation and management of SOAP Webservices , Liferay, which enables the development of portlets, basic components of the portal according to the MVC model, the database management system of Microsoft SQL Server 2017 Developper Edition as a database engine and finally Microsoft Active Directory in its quality directory services.
