Abstract

The goal of this project is to create a freelancing platform. The platform matches between the job seeker and the job poster in a way that guarantees that the job poster finds the best fitting job seeker while not neglecting new job seekers and giving chances to them. It implements a recommendation system that focuses on matching the right job seeker to the appropriate job post all while avoiding the over-qualification and under-qualification problems and while making sure every job seeker gets a chance to appear in the first items of the recommendation list. The recommendation system also gives the job seeker the ability to increase that chance based on the CV (Curriculum Vitae) and the historical records that are collected and calculated into a score on the platform. The platform would offer every possible functionality and tool to allow the job seeker and job poster to accomplish their goals in a more secure, simple and efficient way.

Le but de ce projet est de créer une plateforme de freelancing. La plateforme met en relation le job seeker (demandeur d'emploi) et le job proposer (l'offreur d'emploi) de manière qui garantit que le job proposé trouve le job seeker le mieux adapté tout en ne négligeant pas et en donnant des chances aux nouveaux job seekers. Elle met en oeuvre un système de recommandation qui vise à faire correspondre le bon job seeker à l'offre d'emploi appropriée tout en évitant les problèmes de surqualification et de sous-qualification et en veillant à ce que chaque demandeur d'emploi ait une chance d'apparaître dans les premiers éléments de la liste de recommandation. Le système de recommandation donne également au demandeur d'emploi la possibilité d'augmenter cette chance sur la base du CV (Curriculum Vitae) et des enregistrements historiques qui sont collectés et calculés en un score sur la plate-forme. La plateforme offrira toutes les fonctionnalités et tous les outils possibles pour permettre au demandeur et à l'offreur d'emploi d'atteindre leurs objectifs d'une manière plus sûre, plus simple et plus efficace.
