ABSTRACT : In recent years, the tourism industry has undergone a significant transformation, with the emergence of online platforms for booking and managing vacation rentals. As more and more people turn to short-term rentals for their travel accommodation needs, there is a growing demand for platforms that make the process of managing rental properties easier for property owners and more convenient for renters. This document discusses the development of a platform designed to meet these needs, with a particular focus on the creation of a recommendation system that provides personalized suggestions for travelers. The platform aims to simplify the rental process, allowing property owners to manage their listings more efficiently while providing renters with an easy-to-use platform for booking their vacations. The development of the platform was driven by a range of technical considerations, including data management, algorithm development, and user interface design.
